Hi Everyone!
I guess it's been a while since the last post. Sorry I wasn't keeping you "posted". Sorry about that last joke too.
Looking at the calender tells me we're entering into the time of year where we exchange hard-earned money for things we'll never use. Did anyone ever actually try the Ab-master? It had a spring which pulled the wrong way while doing sit-ups, thus forcing you to strain your back while getting help from the spring on the upward part of the movement. I guess it was good for those who had not done a situp for more than a decade, but they probably weren't inspired to continue after one or two days of extreme back pain.
